Normally you get free tracked / recorded delivery when you spend £30 or more (excluding bath bombs).

Postage cost starts from as little as £0 (on selected items)

Tracked - 3-5 working days (MyHermes)

Tracked 1-2 working days (IPostParcels)

1st class - 1-2 working days (Royal Mail)

2nd class - 2-3 working days (Royal Mail)

1st class signed for - 1-2 working days (Royal Mail - Track)

2nd class signed for - 2-3 working days (Royal Mail - Track)

Please note: These require signature upon delivery.

Orders will usually be posted same day if ordered before 11am or within 1 day, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

If on your order, you have an item for pre-order, then your order will not be dispatched until all items are in stock.

Deliveries normally take between 3-5 working days.

Rest of The World

You will be given options to choose either International Standard or International Tracked & Signed at the checkout page. Deliveries normally take between 5-7 working days.

Returns Policy

Our return policy is 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Tags and packaging must be intact (if applicable).

When returning an item, please make sure you include your name and address in the parcel and also make sure you obtain proof of postage as we are not liable for item(s) lost in the post.

Return postage is at buyer's expense.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error,

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Exchange (if applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received the returned item(s). The exchange item(s) will be sent to you within 48 hours. You are not required to pay additional postage fee.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please note that we do not refund postage costs, so refunds will be for item(s) cost only.
